IYAC Kyoto International Art Exchange Exhibition

The competition features a panel of internationally acclaimed judges, consisting of more than 30 artists from five continents, as members of the evaluation committee. The expert panel adheres to international standards, including USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), and has jointly developed new proprietary evaluation criteria, emphasizing dimensions such as "artistic innovation," "material expression language," and "creative transformation form."

Exhibition certificates will be awarded, stamped by the Kyoto International Conference Center. The 2023 IYAC Kyoto International Art Exchange Exhibition trophy is designed by top international designers.
Award certificates include the names of the awardees and photographs of their exhibited artworks. These certificates can be verified online, featuring unique exclusive codes and anti-counterfeit steel stamps to ensure the uniqueness of each certificate. The certificates are signed and stamped by the joint international organizing units, confirming their international certification and broader recognition. They serve as a solid foundation for participants' future applications to prestigious schools and their journey towards becoming international elites.

Original artworks for exhibition; the core of the artwork should be A3 or A4 in size, framed with cardboard.
For oil paintings and acrylic artworks, the dimensions should be within 55/46; no inner or outer frames are required.
For Chinese painting and soft brush calligraphy artworks, the core size should not exceed four feet and three openings (46/69cm); all should be vertically framed.
Procreate digital artwork submissions should be printed in high-definition on paper.
Types of Artworks:Illustrations, calligraphy, cartoons, oil paintings, creative sketches, ink paintings, photography, and other flat artwork forms. AI artworks are prohibited.

The 2023 IYAC Kyoto International Art Exchange Exhibition Committee will select recipients of the Global Outstanding Pioneer Art Institution Award, jointly presented by the New York Contemporary Art Center and the Kyoto International Conference Center, featuring authoritative plaques.
Registration for Schools and Institutions:
➢Artwork sizes: A3, A4
➢Submit competition entries, indicating age and nationality
➢Submission categories:
Children's group (under 8 years old)
Primary school group (9-10 years old)
Junior high school group (11-12 years old)
High school Group (13-19 years old)
Participation Fees:
Preliminary judging is conducted by participating organizations or schools.
Semi-final judging: $93 USD per entry, per person (includes international exhibition, participation certificate, expert judging, award certificates, trophies, etc.).
Tip: There is no additional participation fee for the exhibition.
Requirements for Semi-Finalist Submissions:
➢Semi-finalist submissions must be scanned and in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi, higher is better), in digital format (JPG, TIFF, PDF, or EPS).
➢Dimensions must be accurately measured, with a minimum width of 12.8 inches (325.12 mm) and a minimum height of 8.8 inches (223.52 mm).
➢Content requirements include: Artwork, Application Form, and a Statement of at least 50 words.
